A 90-Minute Seasonal Workshop of Yoga, Breathwork & Sound Bowls
As we transition into Autumn, this seasonal Yoga Tonic invites you to slow down, reset, and align with the wisdom of Chinese Medicine. Theodora will be lead you through intentional movement, breathwork, and sound healing to support the organs and meridians associated with the Autumn season and the Metal element.
An immersive 90-minute practice to help you release, regulate, and restore.
What to Expect:
A guided sequence of yoga poses intentionally designed to stimulate and support the Lung and Large Intestine meridians, the organ systems associated with Autumn in Chinese Medicine.
These shapes will:
• Encourage healthy breath capacity
• Support immunity and skin health
• Promote emotional release
• Create space in the chest, shoulders, and upper back
• Support healthy elimination — physically and energetically
The pace will be grounding, steady, and accessible, with options for all levels.
Breathwork for the Lungs
Autumn is the season of the breath. We’ll explore simple yet powerful breathing practices to strengthen Lung energy, calm the nervous system, and cultivate clarity and inner steadiness.
Sound Bowl Integration
The session will close with a deeply restorative sound immersion using crystal singing bowls to help integrate the practice, regulate the nervous system, and settle the body into rest.
