Yoga
Overview

Decompress and connect with your mind and body at our weekly trauma sensitive yoga sessions.

Yoga is an ancient practice that is used by many to support and promote overall wellbeing.

If you're looking to connect to your mind and body in a relaxed and calm environment, then this might be just the thing for you.

Over seven weeks, participants will learn yoga fundamentals and practices to help support them in creating more self awareness, balance and inner peace.

These intimate weekly trauma sensitive yoga sessions are led by a specialised trauma sensitive yoga therapist, yoga teacher and trainer.

No prior experience is neccessary as these are beginner friendly sessions.

Spaces are very limited and registration is essential.

As these free trauma sensitive yoga sessions are in demand, participants must commit to attending a minimum of five sessions for their registration to be confirmed.

Please register for each session you wish to attend. Please contact the organiser if you have any queries or need support registering for this event.
