In these weekly sessions, you will be guided you through a gentle yoga flow and breathing exercises to help you unwind and reconnect with your body.

Instructor: After practicing yoga for 12 years, Stephanie completed her 200-hour teacher training at Body Mind Life in Sydney. Stephanie finds joy in guiding slow and restorative yoga flows, making them accessible to students of all levels.
As the founder of Align Breathing Co, Stephanie devotes her spare time leading bespoke yoga, breathwork, and meditation classes. Trained in mental health first aid, integrative energy healing and Yoga Nidra, Stephanie is passionate about creating unique and safe experiences for individuals to explore their mind, body, and soul.
