Join Jenny for a Yoga Nidra with Sound Meditation that will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and peace. Our two hour workshop includes a rejuvenating yoga nidra and sound immersion with the angelic sounds of the singing bowls and the ancient vibrations of the gong.

Starting the practice with a relaxing Yoga Nidra, to put your body into a “yogic sleep", allowing for effortless relaxation. Drawing your attention inwards into a state of harmonious, restful being where we can be healed, restored and awakened to our deepest all knowing and welcoming self.
The Sound Bath Healing with Jenny will shift you on a physical, emotional and spiritual level and send you on a journey of total sound, mind and body bliss. This will bring you into a deep state of relaxation while the sounds of the different instruments will help your body to heal and rejuvenate itself.
These practices revolutionise the art of rest, and give you an opportunity to give your nervous system a break from the pace of life. Take time to slow down, care for yourself, and nourish mind and body.
