About our PT - Jenn

Hey everyone! My name is Jenn, I’m 31 and originally from Brighton, UK. I’ve been teaching yoga and Pilates for the past 9 years, and movement has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel strong, confident, and truly at home in their bodies, encouraging self-love and a deeper connection to self.

I moved to Brisbane over a year and a half ago and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle here — the sunshine, outdoor living, and especially the ocean. I love anything water-based, from scuba diving and freediving to getting out on the water (I’ve got my boat and jet ski licences and will take any excuse to be in the sea!).

Over the years, my teaching has evolved to focus not only on building strength and mobility, but also on creating space to slow down, reconnect, and tune back into yourself. My classes are welcoming, supportive, and adaptable for all levels. Whether you’re brand new or have been practicing for years, my goal is to make sure you feel safe, stretched, and leave feeling better than when you arrived.

I’m so excited to meet you — see you on the mat!
