During this workshop we will be looking at the physical and non physical practices of Yoga. Allowing you to see how to integrate Yoga as a practical way to improve your experience of life.
• Release tension and build strength with the physical postures of Yoga
• Revitalise your energy with breathing practices Pranayama
• Learn simple practical ways to adjust your lifestyle to increase spiritual awareness and understanding through my talk on Yoga philosophy.
• Enjoy deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra
• Integrate the day’s learning with Meditation
Schedule
1-2:45 pm Asana- Yoga Postures including 15 mins of Restorative Yoga
2:45-3:15 pm Pranayama- Breathing Techniques
3:15-3:45 pm Afternoon tea break
3:45-4:15 pm Yoga Talk
4:15-5:15 pm Yoga Nidra- Guided relaxation
5:15 pm-6 pm Meditation
Suitable for all levels.
This workshop accommodates 14 students.

There are Yoga mats, bolsters, Yoga blocks etc at the studio. If you would prefer to bring your own Yoga mat you are welcome to.
Please bring a light blanket or shawl for relaxation and a snack for afternoon tea. Chai and fruit will be provided.
About Shuddhachittam
Shuddha teaches Traditional Hatha Yoga, guiding students to witness the body, breath and thoughts, creating mindfulness through Yoga. She believes that mind and body healing can be experienced through the traditional Yoga postures, bestowing benefits to the practitioner by holding the poses and repetition. Shuddha also has an ardent interest in alignment in her classes and regularly attends Iyengar classes to deepen her experience of postural awareness.
She holds 2 diplomas in Yoga and has been teaching since 2006.
