When you are supporting someone close to you with mental health challenges, it can be difficult to make time for your own wellbeing. Join us and other carers for a wellness session where we will explore yoga, mindfulness, meditation and other relaxation techniques.
This class is beginner-friendly with a focus on self-care. The event witll consist of 1 hour yoga + 30 minutes of carer peer support.
