Yoga and Meditation Bliss Bomb: a restorative day retreat

Join Sarah and Jenny for a blissful winter day retreat in a fabulous location on Chapel Street. Embrace both the theory and practice of meditation and yoga, taught by experienced and respected teachers. Think yoga asana (postures), pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and mindfulness techniques, and a deep, guided relaxation (yoga nidra). Also enjoy some little gifts and surprises along the way. A day for reflection, turning inwards, and meeting like-minded people, you will leave feeling refreshed and inspired to practise your new skills.
The retreat is open to all levels, from beginners to experienced yoga and meditation practitioners. Lunch is not included, but you wouldn’t want to miss out on Chapel Street’s incredible café experience (and shopping!). 10% of profits will be donated to The Yoga Foundation, a charity that takes yoga to people who cannot access it easily (eg the homeless). Limited places available.
