Our Career Development/Industry Expert event will feature a panel of incredible insurance leaders. The speakers will be offering insights into their own unique experience and lessons gained in their early career and how young professionals can best leverage growth opportunities and the ever changing landscape of the insurance industry.
Our esteemed speakers are:
- Meg Warner – Executive Manager - Broker Specialist claims - (NZI)
With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles across several leading brokers and insurers, Megan has demonstrated and been recognised for her leadership by being nominated and named and as one of the best Female Insurance Leaders of 2023 by Insurance Business New Zealand.
- Andy Rowe - Head of Aon CPF – (NZI)
With a rich history in the insurance space across several roles over 20+ years, Andy is a highly experienced leader who has led and managed national and international teams. Andy's vast experience and insurance insight has been instrumental in his role at NZI.
- Jess Hunt – General Manager CPF & AONAgri - (AON)
Jess is an impeccable leader with over 20+ years of invaluable experience in the insurance industry which has seen her take on many roles and opportunities and going from strength to strength. Her amazing work includes 18 years at AON as a national and now general manager.
- Chanelle Luatua – Maori Practice Leader and Commercial Insurance Broker (WTW)
With over 18 years in Commercial Business Insurance, Chanelle has shown her wealth of knowledge, skills and leadership across various broking, claims and underwriting roles. Chanelle also brings her unparalleled insight in her role as the Māori Practice leader at WTW.
- Christina Chellew – Executive Manager - Agencies and Schemes (NZI)
Christina is a highly accomplished technical underwriter with vast experience across New Zealand and Australia in managing and leading high performing teams and helping to mentor and lead up and coming underwriters.
Run as an informal discussion, our panel will discuss their experiences and the challenges they've faced in the industry. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions during our Q&A session at the end.
