Yin Yoga, Massage and Sound Healing with Zoë Mongey and Lucy Ennis
An afternoon of yin yoga, massage and sound healing to soothe the nervous system, restore balance, and close with tea and connection.
Yin Yoga, Massage & Sound Healing with Zoë Mongey and Lucy Ennis
at Hum Yoga & Pilates Studio (Dromana)
Saturday 21st February | 3.00–5.30pm
Join Zoë and Lucy for a beautifully curated, deeply nurturing two-part experience designed to soothe the nervous system and restore balance.
Begin with a nourishing 1hr yin yoga and massage experience guided by Zoë, where supported postures are enhanced by mindful, meridian line massage, and conscious breath to invite the body to soften, release deep tension, and gently downshift the nervous system into rest and restore.
Then ease into a deeply calming and restorative sound journey with Lucy, where you are gently guided into stillness through waves of sound and vibration. Healing frequencies from crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, and other resonant instruments wash through the body, calming the nervous system, quieting the mind, and inviting a sense of deep rest. This immersive experience supports emotional release, energetic balance, and a profound reconnection to self — leaving you feeling grounded, nourished, and softly restored.
Rebalance your nervous system, reconnect with body, mind and soul, and return to yourself.
We’ll close by grounding back into the body with tea, treats, and heartfelt conversation in community.

Lucy Ennis - Sound Circle Founder & Faciliator
I am passionate about sound healing, inspired by my firsthand experiences and my studies, including a diploma in Sound Healing and travels to India. I founded Sound Circle to share the benefits of sound with people. I use a beautiful array of instruments such as Crystal and Tibetan bowls, gongs, chimes, monolina and other healing instruments, which guide participants inwards to find stillness, deep relaxation and rebalancing of mind, body and spirit.
Zoë Mongey - Little Wellness Sanctuary Founder & Yin Yoga and Massage Faciliator
I offer a uniquely beautiful and nourishing yin yoga experience combining massage, gentle rebalancing breathwork and meditation. My offering is a special blend of my knowledge, experience and training over the last 25 years, all poured lovingly into a truly nurturing practice. My hope is that you leave feeling rebalanced and restored floating out better than felt when you arrived.
