Yin Yoga & Breathwork: Slow Down, Soften & Let Yourself Be Held
Join us for an evening dedicated to release, renewal, and coming home to yourself. We’ll begin with a grounding Yin yoga practice — long, gentle stretches that melt tension from deep within the body. This slow, traditional approach works into the connective tissues, helping you soften, open, and create more space in both body and mind.
As the body unwinds and the nervous system settles, we’ll flow into a nourishing Breathwork session. This is where the real inner shift begins. Through conscious, guided breathing, you’ll be supported to release emotional heaviness, quiet the mental chatter, and reconnect with that calm, steady centre within you.
Strictly No Refund
The combination of Yin + Breathwork is powerful:
- Yin opens the body
- Breathwork opens the heart
- Together, they create a deep sense of grounding, clarity, and renewal.
This evening is perfect if you’re feeling stretched thin, carrying stress, or simply longing for a moment of stillness and reset.
Walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and beautifully restored.
