ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

Join us for a restorative evening of Yin & Pin (Acupuncture). This workshop is designed to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities through Yin Yoga and Acupuncture, and to promote physical and emotional wellbeing.

The workshop will start with a nourishing Yin Yoga practice with Katara until the last pose she leaves you in savasana. Johnnie will transition your practice to a grounding acupuncture treatment.

Acupuncture is one of the oldest currently used healing methods which is practiced throughout the world. Its aim is to restore the balance along the body's energetic channels, allowing a smooth flow of Qi (vital energy) and Blood , and the body’s innate intelligence to heal itself.

Come for an introspective, harmonizing and restorative workshop - join us to experience the multi benefits of these practices! We will be holding the event in the format of a class within a sacred healing space. Be open to learn, to connect, to share and receive. See you there!

BYO yoga mat, bolsters if you can, any additional head pillows or blankets to make yourself even more comfortable. Please bring a water bottle and stay hydrated!

ABOUT JOHNNIE SCHIAROLI/ KURA ELEMENTS

Johnnie is a Chinese Medicine Practitioner, kinesiologist and physical movement specialist. He helps people to return to a sense of expressive flow - in their body’s Qi and also in moving through life. His purpose is to help people connect to their innate wisdom and learn how to be guided by it. Johnnie’s offering is about reclaiming confidence and control in people’s health and wellbeing and this benefits people across physical, physiological and emotional levels.
