Kaylene Kerr

Kayelene Kerr, founder of eSafeKids, is renowned in Western Australia for her expertise in Protective Behaviours, Body Safety, Cyber Safety, and Digital Wellness. Her extensive experience, spanning over 25 years, includes studying law, psychology and criminology, working in law enforcement and focusing on the proactive prevention of sexual crimes and technology-facilitated crimes. As a trusted Expert Cyber Educator with the Telethon Kids Institute and a keynote speaker, she delivers prevention education to children, parents, educators, and professionals. Her work is endorsed by the eSafety Commissioner as a Trusted eSafety Provider. Kerr's longstanding commitment to safeguarding children is reflected in her roles in government, not-for-profit, advocacy and for-purpose sectors.


Paul Litherland

Paul Litherland, with 20 years of service as a WA Police Officer and a significant period in the Technology Crime Investigation Unit, has been at the forefront of combating technology-related crimes, including hacking, fraud, and cyberbullying. His deep involvement with victims and perpetrators of online crimes spurred a dedicated mission to improve internet safety awareness. Recognizing the lack of resources in this area, Litherland leveraged his extensive experience to develop and deliver comprehensive educational programs to schools and organisations across Australia.
