YFACTOR

YFactor Vision by Shar MooreI see theYFactoras being the one thing missing from most peoples lives.. their deeper understanding of their true purpose in life. It’s the one thing that separates them from their competition, the one thing that drives them to go that extra mile, work longer hours and go where no one else will go… theirY.The2 day deep dive immersionis all about being fully present, mind, body and business. Being open to the connections in the room, meeting new friends, reconnecting with old ones. It’s about business conversations, networking and being inspiredI see butchers paper around the room on the walls of people writing down what they need;I see random mike chats when I walk around the room and ask someone to stand up and share who they truly are without their mask.Where they see their business and what they need help with.I see our presenters deep diving into their expertise to truly leave the participants with tangible strategies they can apply, wanting nothing in return but to help. It’s acontent rich– pitch free experience.I see laughter, tears and a room full of people hugging; the desire to stay  immersed in this bubble forever. I see growth, relationships, networking and impact.I look forward to meeting and getting to know everyoneThank youxxx
