Yarning on bushfire, loss, grief and hope. "Breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness, which unites your body to your thoughts. Whenever your mind becomes scattered use your breath as the means to take hold of your mind again." (Thich Nhat Hanh).

Yarning Circle forms part of the Shoalhaven Health and Arts' bushfire recovery program Reflect &amp; Heal and is presented by Shoalhaven Health and Arts in partnership with Treading Lightly.
