Writing for Wellbeing - Journaling Workshop
Learn how to develop your own journaling practice to support you through life’s ups and downs.
Over three 1.5-hour sessions, we will explore different journaling tools and techniques to help you engage with your experiences, your thoughts and your emotions in new ways. The aim is to actively engage in the conversation that is running in your mind.
Side effects might look like:
- enhanced creativity
- a sense of calm
- ability to better process emotions and experiences and shift your state of mind
- improved connection with yourself and because of that, with the people in your life
- fun exploring the alleyways of your wonderful mind.
“I write to find out what I think.” Joan Didion
Hi, I’m Antoanela Safca, A Dublin-based writer and journalist. As a freelance writer and copywriter, I have a close relationship with words and their powerful, often healing, effect. I have been journaling for as long as I can remember, and I’d love to guide you through some of my favourite journaling techniques in the hope that you will find the same incredible benefits.
You can expect:
- Thoughtful guidance
- Helpful prompts
- Some group sharing, without making yourself vulnerable or disclosing things you’re not comfortable - we go gently, minding ourselves and each other.
We will meet for 3 consecutive Sunday, 10am-11.30am:
- Sunday 15 February
- Sunday 22 February
- Sunday 1 March
