Our focus is on creating a locked-in, consistent space for you to write alone, together. It's not a class to learn how to write, but rather a community of aspiring writers coming together to find inspiration, share ideas, and enjoy the process of writing. Whether you're a beginner or experienced writer, this experience welcomes everyone with open arms.
During this workshop, you'll have access to a wealth of resources like writing prompts and art inspiration tools to kickstart your writing practice. You'll have the freedom to write at your own pace and explore various writing styles and genres.
The experience will be held in a comfortable and inviting environment at Bayside Makerspace, where you can feel inspired and focused on your writing. You may choose to bring your own writing materials or make use of the resources available at the Makerspace.
You'll also have a unique opportunity to connect with fellow writers, share ideas, and receive feedback if desired. The supportive atmosphere will encourage you to explore your creativity and develop your writing skills.
At the end of the class, you'll take home the sense of accomplishment and the momentum to continue your writing journey.
Knowledge required: Zilcho. This is a creative space for anyone from published writers to shopping list creators, this is your space to to use for your writing desires.
What you'll get: A quick intro at the start of the session, with a writing prompt pulled for the group should anyone need something to get them in flow but otherwise it's a self - guided time and place to write your heart out!
What to bring: Notebook/laptop whatever your writing tool of choice is.
