Overview

Many of us have kept a diary or journal, but have you considered how journaling can enhance your mental health and overall wellbeing?

Many of us have kept a diary or journal, but have you considered how journaling can enhance your mental health and overall wellbeing?

This participatory workshop provides a creative and supportive space to begin your own journal, explore gratitude, wisdom and personal strengths. Through writing, verse, doodling and drawing, participants will bring happy memories to life, share their stories, and capture personal reflections, while uncovering achievements, strengths and aspirations along the way. By the end of the session, you’ll gain practical journaling techniques and renewed confidence to use all forms of writing as a tool to enhance mental health, self-reflection and personal empowerment.

Presented by Annette Subhani from New Pathways Coaching & Education. This session is intended for people aged 18+. Tickets are free.
