Worrigee Wellness Walk
Join us for an easy-going, 1-hour gentle bush walk in Worrigee Nature Reserve. Enjoy nature, birds singing, light exercise and fresh air.
Come along for a peaceful walk through the beautiful Worrigee Nature Reserve. This is a relaxed, social walk at a comfortable pace—perfect for people in their 50s, but open and welcoming to adults of all ages. No rushing, no pressure, just time outdoors and gentle movement.
Walking in nature is a simple way to support your health. It helps keep joints moving, supports balance and heart health, and can ease stress and clear the mind. Fresh air, natural light, and being surrounded by bushland all contribute to feeling calmer, lighter, and more refreshed—often long after the walk is over.
Along the way, we can chat and share different wellness tips and ideas. To get the most out of the experience, we kindly ask that phones and tech be left behind or kept switched off during the walk.
We’ll meet at 7.25am out the front of 119 Quinns Lane, South Nowra, where there’s plenty of free parking. Please note there are no toilet facilities on site. As this is an outdoor event, it may be cancelled if the weather isn’t kind.
