Saturday, Feb 21 from 10 am to 12 pm AEDT
Overview

Learn how to reduce your food waste through worm farming.

Worm castings and liquid are valuable organic resources that can be added to the soil to help plants grow. They help reduce water consumption in the garden and reduce the amount of waste we send to landfill, which is great for the environment and your wallet!

Join Toni "The Veggie Lady" to learn how to set up and maintain your own worm farm and successfully produce worm castings and liquid fertiliser for your garden.

Please note:

  • Participants from City of Ryde will be provided with a 50% discount voucher to purchase a worm farm or compost bin after attending this workshop
  • Please bring your own pair of gloves for our interactive gardening demonstration.
