This is the first step to translate your vision to reality - vision board workshop.
About this event
Smash your vision & happiness by giving yourself time to brainstorm, and the tools to be focused and motivated about your goals.
Our 'Visioning 2020' workshop helps build a clear picture of what your happiness looks like.
Creating a big vision is one thing but how to achieve it is another. The Visioning 2020 workshop engages both your right-side brain, a creative mind, and structuring your vision with left-side brain, a logical mind.
Using the right-side brain: Think outside of box: Creating a vision requires your team to get out of their comfort zone, and this workshop will encourage them to do so.
We use mind mapping to brainstorm without having to explain the strategies for achieving desired goals.
Using the left-side brain: This allows us to set goals, have discipline and encourages work-life balance
Left-side brain also sets boundaries: How long would we be working to achieve the goals? Would we require help to hit the goals? Travel? Etc.
Visioning 2020 is the first step to translate your vision into reality.
