Speaker/Facilitator: Kahyangan Director Ingrid Galloway 
Ingrid has been a Spa Therapist for 20 years and a Relationship Coach for 10 years in Sydney. Her work has always focused on stress, relaxation and relationships. She has a kind soul, always seeking to reach out to support the healing process for the many stressed people, broken hearted singles and loving couples that cross her path. She encourages people to be authentic and live an inspired life.  
What you will get:  
• A special relaxation session (meditation and chair massage) to release you from your stress.  
• An understanding of how the brain works and how our past relationships condition our behaviour and reaction to our situation.  
* A fun and transformational session enabling you to create your own Vision Board to provide you with clarity as to what you actually want in life, and to inspire you daily at home/office. 
* Strategies on how to go about establishing the relationship and future you deserve.
