In this workshop, you will learn how to set your business up properly by planning for success. You will learn:
- A simple approach to business planning, as well as a more complex approach, and the benefits of each
- How to prepare your business plan - what to think about and research in order to improve your chances of success, or even to disrupt the market!
- How to think strategically and what tools you can use to assist you
- The importance of Action Planning
- How to prepare a budget to support your plan.
During the workshop you will begin preparing elements of your plan, starting with some critical thinking about your business and preparing a draft budget. You'll come away with some helpful resources and `feel better prepared to take control of your success!
