• Cause and different types of extreme weather events common in Queensland
• How to prepare yourself and your family for extreme weather events
• Workshop facilitators provide constructive feedback to help improve students’ storm readiness
Learning Outcomes:
• Students are able gain an understanding of the cause/types of extreme weather events and how to prepare for/cope with them.
• Provide students with resources and contacts related to emergency services
Attendees who will participate in short 3 question survey at the end of the workshop will be provided with the Emergency Kit, value of AUD100. The kit is prepared in partnership with QLD Government & Suncorp to promote storm readiness in Queensland.

+ By registering you acknowledge that you are holding the spot and by not attending the event you are making another person lose their chance of attending the event.
