This accredited Workplace Coaching (PSPSS00058) course will provide you with the skills and knowledge required to coach and mentor others to develop greater expertise and enhance performance in the public sector.

This course is ideal for APS6–EL1 managers who are responsible for supporting the performance and development of others and want to build practical coaching capability. It is particularly relevant for team leaders, supervisors, project leads, senior advisers, and emerging leaders who regularly provide guidance, feedback, and on-the-job support and are expected to contribute to workforce capability and a positive, high-performing workplace culture.

Certificate

Participants successfully completing all components of this course will achieve a nationally recognised vocational education and training (VET) Statement of Attainment in Workplace Coaching (PSPSS00058). To achieve a Statement of Attainment participants need to complete assessment activities to demonstrate competency. Successful completion of this course can be stacked towards a Diploma of Government (PSP50122). The Charles Sturt Skills Centre is a registered training organisaiton (RTO No. 46494).
