Women's Wellness at Work
HBWN, in partnership with the Hunter Medical Research Institute, invites you to an evening of meaningful connection and conversation.
HBWN, in partnership with the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI), invites you to an evening of meaningful connection and conversation focused on women’s health.
This event brings together women from across the Hunter to connect over dinner, share perspectives, and engage with health topics that too often go unspoken.
At the heart of the evening is a facilitated panel discussion led by media personality Tracy McKelligott, featuring leading HMRI researchers alongside business leaders shaping the future of women’s health. Together, they’ll explore the realities, challenges, and opportunities facing women today.
The panel will explore
- The key physical and mental health challenges impacting women
- Current research underway at HMRI and what it means for women now and into the future
- Practical ways to support your health and wellbeing
- How workplaces can better support women’s health across all career stages
Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, reproductive or sexual health concerns, cancer prevention or treatment, burnout, or simply looking to take a more informed approach to your wellbeing, this conversation is designed to support you with credible insights and practical takeaways.
You’ll leave feeling informed, supported, and better equipped to advocate for your own health — and the health of the women around you.
Places are limited. We encourage early bookings for this purposeful evening of connection, insight, and impact.
