What to expect in one of our 2 hour circles
• Reconnect to yourself in a space that is all about you. Fill your cup first with calming and grounding rituals that will rejuvenate you.
• Circle provides a nourishing and safe space to share your thoughts and emotions.
• Take away exactly what you need in a safe, confidential and judgement free space that is Circle. An experience with and option of sharing your own journey and experience, or you may choose to simply sit, listen & hold space – soaking up the juicy goodness of Circle magic.
• Experience ritual, creative practices, inspirational activities, meditation & music to open your heart and connect with your divine feminine.
• Real and authentic connection with other likeminded Women who join us on this journey .
• Feel held and supported as you express yourself authentically in a gentle place to unravel, unload and be understood or simply enjoy the peace of not having anything expected of you.
Each circle is designed to be ‘stand alone’.
Limited spaces are available to ensure it is a sacred space.

• Pillows for comfort
• Glass of water or maybe even cacao
