Women's only Self Defence Classes - Bujinkan Kokoro Dojo $15

Typically our classes consist of 3 segments. The first are warmups and basics. The second involves practical self defense skills/techniques for women and the third we go over weapons geared for women - knife defense, hanbo, rokushaku bo (6 foot staff) and rope.
