Are you ready to step confidently into the role of Court Supervisor?

This Women’s Only Court Supervisor Workshop is designed to equip current and aspiring officials with the knowledge, practical skills and confidence required to effectively manage matches at club and competition level.

Delivered in a supportive, inclusive and engaging environment, this workshop combines discussion, practical activities and real-life scenarios to prepare you for the demands of competitive play.

Whether you’re looking to build your officiating pathway, increase your involvement in tournaments, or strengthen your leadership presence on court, this session is for you.

What You’ll Gain

During this 2.5-hour interactive workshop, participants will:

  • Reinforce the key responsibilities of a Court Supervisor
  • Develop confidence in managing matches and enforcing the Rules of Tennis
  • Practice conflict resolution techniques for challenging player, coach and spectator interactions
  • Strengthen communication skills that promote safe, inclusive and positive environments
  • Apply decision-making tools to real match scenarios
  • Align with Tennis Australia’s officiating standards, values and Code of Behaviour

This session builds on the online Court Supervisor learning modules and prepares participants for practical assessment and accreditation.

Workshop Format

The evening will include:

  • Interactive discussions and scenario-based learning
  • Role-play activities focused on match management and communication
  • Practical application of key Rules of Tennis
  • Incident management and reporting processes
  • Peer and facilitator feedback to support growth and confidence

You will leave with greater clarity around your role, your responsibilities, and your pathway within competition officiating.
