Women’s Nature Immersion Day retreat.
Join us for the most beautiful day of deep connection to nature and the sisterhood.
We will be journeying with the breath, dance, movement, slow bush walks, sisterhood wounds, earth alters, cold water immersion in flowing creeks and so much more juiciness.
This a is gentle and nurturing day to spend in nature with women.
The day will start at 10am on a property 2 hours south of Sydney. Berry region.
A nourishing lunch of seasonal foods and all snacks and teas are provided.
Please take into consideration the weather this time of the year. We are heading into winter. It’s important to rug up/bring layers and I would suggest a change of clothes if we have rain.
