Sarah McLachlan is an experienced Women’s Hormones Specialist, Integrative Nutrition Coach, Somatic & Subconscious Practitioner and Mentor with over 20 years clinical experience.
A Dunsborough local of 10+ years, Sarah is known for her inspiring, high energy and her passion for maximising health, elevating energy and shining her light for the growth and personal transformation of others. You'll usually find her out on the local Cape trails, in the ocean or riding one of her bikes, loving the south west life outdoors.
Sarah helps high-achieving, active women boost energy, sharpen focus and perform under pressure - without hormone chaos, burning out, trends or fluff!
As a practitioner specialising in female physiology and integrated nervous system restoration, Sarah collaborates closely with GPs and specialists to help women over 35 sleep deeper, elevate energy and restore hormone balance with a root cause approach - "whole system, whole body" healing.
Sarah's 'head, heart & hormones' protocol Rejuvenate has seen women in their 40's move from tired, overwhelmed, exhausted and sleep deprived to steady, nourished, energised and feeling truly alive - highly capable, clear, confident, strong and revitalised. Mind and body.
Following the completion of her IIN Integrative Nutrition (Hormone Health) qualification, Sarah helps her clients use food as medicine, supporting their cycles, transitions & rhythms and positively impacts functional, interconnected, wellness throughout the body as a whole. Through her cycle-syncing nutrition approach, targeted nutrient applications and tailored 1:1 protocols, Sarah ensures her clients regain inner harmony & balance - reflected in outer vitality and radiance.
Sarah has been teaching movement classes, sports performance workshops and pre/post natal care as a Physio for 17 years before ceasing hands-on practice. She established her business MoveTrainGlow in 2012. Sarah started intuitively practicing through the mind-body connection in 2014.
A voice for fusing Science + ‘Woo’ on her podcast, Sarah’s own health journey lead her to the become certified as a Human Potential Practitioner, which includes Somatic Experiencing, Timeline Therapy, Internal Family Systems & NLP. She believes our body holds the answers.
Sarah has successful online 1:1 and group coaching programs for women's hormones & vitality, sleep support self connection, self love and creating more depth in relationships.
