The Beyond team are passionate about supporting women throughout their maternal years.

Join our Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists, Dietitian and Exercise Physiologists for a seminar providing support throughout your pregnancy and pre and post natal journey.

Our experienced pracititoner team will cover the following:

Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists (Jane Brownhill and Emily Lam)

  • Child bearing years - physical & biomechanical changes during pregnancy
  • Pelvic floor anatomy & function and how it’s affected by pregnancy
  • Pelvic girdle pain
  • How to identity pelvic floor dysfunction and when to seek help

Exercise Physiologists (Jarrah McArthur and Natalie Milverton)

  • Incorporating strength & aerobic training as a holistic approach to the maternal years.
  • Prenatal exercises - what's safe to perform across each trimester
  • Postnatal exercises - when, what & how to get back to exercising safely

Dietitian (Emma Caldwell)

  • Early life nutrition - the first 1,000 days
  • Nutritional needs during pregnancy & the postpartum period


If you are planning on trying to get pregnant, are currently pregnany or recently had a baby in the last few months this is an event not to be missed! Beyond Windsor is pram and child friendly so if you have a little person you need to bring along please do!


$20 for a ticket with 100% of ticket sales from the day going to Beyond's aligned charity "Little Dreamers" supporting young carers.


Ticket includes our incredible speakers, morning tea and Q&A with our experienced practitioners. Prizes given away on the day too!!
