Women's Health: Perimenopause, what you need to know.
Join us for a chill chat on perimenopause tips, symptoms, and self-care—know what's up with your body!
Women’s Health Event: Perimenopause — What You Need to Know
Join us in person for an empowering and informative women’s health evening focused on perimenopause — a life stage many experience, yet few feel truly prepared for.
Whether you’re just starting to notice subtle changes, feeling right in the thick of it, or simply want to get ahead of what’s coming, this session will help you understand what’s normal, what’s not, and what you can do about it.
In conjunction with Nutriblooms Blackburn, Laburnum Psychology Blackburn & Move Beyond Blackburn - our multidisciplinary team — including Dietitian Racha Sim , Exercise Physiologist Jo Matthews, Osteopath Stefan Giardini and Psychologist Kylie Allen — will share practical, evidence-based insights on managing hormonal changes, energy levels, sleep, mood, body composition, bone health and overall wellbeing.
Expect a relaxed, supportive environment where you can ask questions, hear from experts, connect with other women, and leave feeling informed, validated and confident about your next steps.
Because perimenopause isn’t something to “push through” — it’s something to understand, support and move through well. 💛
All proceeds of ticket sales go to Birthing Kits Australia Charity- a foundation that aims to provide safe births to women in third-world countries.
