Being a woman can be challenging at times. Our Mindfulness, Stress Reduction and Mental Health workshop can help provide ways to stay mental healthy while meeting those challenges.
Our presenters have a diverse range of professional experience, so will provide you with a holistic view of mental health and provide you with tools and strategies to increase your mental wellbeing.
