Women's Healing & Support Circle

This intimate, women’s only healing and support circle is for those who feel called to slow down, reconnect, and be held in compassionate community.

This small-group therapeutic gathering offers a safe, confidential, and nurturing space to pause, reflect, and share what is present for you — whether you are moving through a transition, feeling emotionally tender, seeking connection, or simply needing time to speak your truth and be witnessed.

Rather than fixing or advising, this circle centres on deep listening, presence, and shared humanity. You are welcome exactly as you are.

In this circle you will:

  • Tend to your inner world with care and curiosity
  • Feel supported without expectation or pressure
  • Connect with other women in an authentic, grounded way
  • Strengthen self-awareness, self-trust, and emotional resilience

Women of all ages and life stages are warmly welcome.

What to expect

  • A gently facilitated women’s therapeutic support circle
  • Trauma-aware, confidential sharing space
  • Guided grounding and nervous system settling practice
  • Contemplative journaling and reflection
  • Oracle card insight for personal reflection
  • Herbal tea and sweet treats

You are always welcome to share — and equally welcome to simply listen.

This circle is for women who:

  • Are navigating change, uncertainty, or emotional fatigue
  • Feel disconnected from themselves or others
  • Long for meaningful, non-judgemental connection
  • Are curious about healing in community rather than alone

No prior experience with women’s circles, meditation, or therapeutic work is required.

What is a women’s circle and why we meet this way:

Across cultures and history, women have gathered in circle to be witnessed, supported, and heard — without hierarchy, advice-giving, or fixing. Sitting in circle fosters equality, safety, and belonging.

A women’s circle is different from a social gathering. It is a sacred, intentional space where truth can be spoken, emotions can be felt, and presence is valued above performance. If you are new to circle, you are welcome to arrive quietly, listen deeply, and receive the energy of the group. There is no pressure to share.

About your Facilitator:

Your circle will be facilitated by Belinda O'Dea, an experienced women’s circle leader, yoga and meditation teacher, and Gestalt therapy practitioner. With over a decade of experience holding women’s groups, retreats, and healing spaces, Belinda brings a grounded, trauma-aware, and heart-centred approach.

Her facilitation is informed by extensive training in relational Gestalt psychotherapy, mindfulness, ritual, and women’s empowerment work, creating spaces that are both nourishing and safely held.
