Women & Allies Women's Day Activities

You are invited to join us for an afternoon celebrating International Women’s Day, focused on connection, reflection, and practical support in the workplace. This event brings together MechEng female students women and allies to share experiences, build confidence, and explore strategies for navigating professional environments.

Through two interactive workshops, we will address common challenges such as impostor syndrome and examine how workplace culture shapes women’s experiences at work and study. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your self-confidence, engage in meaningful conversations, or simply connect with others in a supportive space, this event offers something for everyone.

You are welcome to attend one or both workshops — come for what speaks to you.

2:45pm Break and refreshments

3:15pm WORKSHOP 2: Navigating Common Issues in the Workplace

4:15pm End of Activities
