You will be forgiven for thinking you have somehow been transported to a small village in Germany. The streets are filled with characteristic fachwerk (half timbered buildings), stone cottages, traditional German music plays from the Hahndorf shops, brightly coloured flowers spill from flower boxes.
- Bus leaves Jubilee Community Centre at 9.00am to Hahndorf's main street.
We will
- wander the local shops and attractions.
- meet at the Haus Restaurant, 38a Main Street, Hahndorf, at 12:30 for a pre-selected meal. Lunch options are provided below. Please purchase your own drink at the bar.
- after lunch continue browsing
- re-board the bus at 2:45pm. Returning to the Jubilee Community Centre by 4:00pm.
Parking at the community centre
- You must park your vehicle at the back end of Jubille car park near the playground. This is a busy centre where parents with infants and the elderly access daily.

- Your choice of schnitzel. All served with chips and garden salad:
- Chicken - lightly crumbed with sage and onion.
- Beef - lightly crumbed.
- Vienna - (pork tenderloin) lightly crumbed.
- Squid - lightly crumbed crumbed with a lemon pepper crumb.
You can add a sauce - creamy mushroom, green peppercorn or Haus glaze.
Option 2
Haus double hot dog:
- A Mount Pleasant Butcher Vienna sausages topped with Haus sweet mustard pickles, cheddar cheese & sauerkraut, served on a brioche roll with Haus fries.

Margherita pizza:
- Includes Adelaide Hills tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, garlic, fresh basil leaves, Barossa Valley olive oil & fior de latte.
Option 4
Haus nourish bowl:
- Chargrilled corn, grated fresh beetroot & carrot, avocado, crispy haloumi, shaved red cabbage, herbed quinoa & toasted almonds with a satay sauce (contains nuts)
