Join us for a powerful early-morning experience designed to help you feel good mentally, physically, and emotionally.


We’ll begin with an energising boxing session, moving your body, building strength, confidence, and releasing stress through powerful movement. Expect to feel awake, alive and empowered in your body.

We’ll then slow it down with an uplifting breathwork and meditation session, allowing you to drop into your body, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to your inner power. This is your space to breathe, reset your mind, and anchor in a feeling of calm confidence to carry into your day.
