Women's Body Signals: What's Your Body Telling You?
Women's bodies are truly amazing - they're powerful, sophisticated and smart. They're capable of creation, regeneration and nurture that exceeds their male counterparts.
Women must also juggle work, kids, partners, and households - we can take on a lot. This can lead to stress, anxiety, fatigue and other conditions that can impede our bodies' performance.
But with any sophisticated system, there's a fine balance to keep it working at optimum levels. Our bodies will let us know when something is not quite working - our system might not short out or switch off entirely, but it might flicker and send us body signals to tell us we need some fine-tuning.

- A sudden growth of chin hairs
- Difficulty losing weight
- White spots on your fingernails
- New skin rashes or eczema
