Get ready to be inspired to become powerful women breaking barriers and building careers.

Location: Prairivale Public School, Community Hub
Cost: Free for Fairfield residents, fully funded by Council and Partnerships.

Every woman knows what it feels like to carry too much. We carry expectations, family responsibilities, financial pressure, and the quiet weight of keeping everything together while forgetting ourselves.

What is this?

This is more than an 8 week program. It’s a six-month journey where inner growth meets real opportunities for independence. This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating futures built on confidence, skills, and community. A circle of women lifting each other, step by step.

You’ll get hands-on, accredited training in one of Australia’s fastest-growing industries. You’ll also join leadership and confidence workshops that use CBT techniques to help rebuild self-worth and resilience. Through our Employment Pathways or Micro-Enterprise sessions, you’ll receive real support . From finding steady clients to starting your own small business.

Who is this for?
Women in the Fairfield LGA who are ready to restore balance, build new skills, and step into financial independence with employment and the strength of sisterhood beside them.

Why join?
Because you deserve to grow in a safe, supportive environment, gain tools for long-term financial stability, and walk alongside women who truly understand your journey.
