The Women in Dentistry Committee is delighted to welcome Dr Janice Kan as our guest speaker for our upcoming Women in Dentistry Cocktail Evening this March.

Dr Kan will share reflections from her journey as a migrant, clinician, business owner, and leader — exploring how our early experiences quietly shape the way we carry responsibility, define success, and care for ourselves while caring for others.

Her story speaks to resilience, leadership, and the often unspoken expectations placed on women in dentistry. This evening is designed to create space for honest conversation, meaningful connection, and shared reflection — as colleagues, practice owners, and women navigating multiple roles as professionals, mothers, daughters, sisters, and partners.
