With One Another - Allied Health Gathering
Trystan Conway With One Another. An evening of gathering, not networking - Our inagural theme "Navigating change together in allied health"
Trystan Coway "With One Another"
An Evening Gathering, Not Networking
With One Another is a new gathering series for allied health clinicians, designed as an alternative to traditional networking events. These are slower, intentional spaces that prioritise connection, shared experience, and community - bringing people together as humans first, not just professionals.
Theme of this first gathering: Navigating Change Together in Allied Health
This inaugural event centres on the experience of working through ongoing change and transition within the NDIS, and how clinicians can remain grounded, supported, and connected during periods of uncertainty.
The evening will include a session with Trystan Conway (Conway Consulting Group), consultant and business coach, exploring:
- How clinicians and organisations are navigating current changes in the NDIS
- What it means to work sustainably within evolving systems
- How connection, shared language, and peer support act as vital resources during transition
Throughout the night, we’ll create space to:
- Connect with peers across modalities in a natural, gentle way
- Have the opportunity to share the parts of your work you’re most passionate about - not just what you do
- Pause, reset, and notice what helps you stay resourced in demanding environments
- Build relationships that extend beyond a single conversation
This is not a sales-focused event, and there’s no pressure to “network” in the traditional sense. Instead, it’s a warm, grounded gathering designed to help you leave feeling more connected - to yourself, to others, and to the broader allied health community.
A generous grazing-style spread and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided, so you can settle in comfortably.
Please note: Numbers are intentionally limited to keep the evening small and comfortable, allowing space for genuine conversation and connection.
