Winter Soul Nurturing and Renewal Weekend Retreat

A quiet, nurturing Winter retreat in the Avon Valley to soften your pace, restore your spirit, and reconnect with yourself. Gentle meditation, reflective circles, nature connection, nourishing meals, warmth, rest, and space to breathe.

Winter draws us inward in the most natural and compassionate way. It slows what has been moving too fast, softens the noise, and gives us time to settle back into the deeper rhythm of our being. This retreat is a warm sanctuary for those who have already walked some of their healing or spiritual path and now feel ready to rest more deeply in themselves. It is a place to exhale, reconnect, and tend gently to the quieter movements of the spirit.

• sense something changing inside and know it needs space to be honoured
• have been supporting or caring for others and now need to nurture yourself
• want to reconnect with your heart, your presence, and your inner ground
• long for sincerity, stillness, warmth and depth rather than “surface wellness”

Here, you are gently supported to arrive as you are. There is space to breathe. Space to feel. Space to simply be.
