Frequently asked questions

What should I wear?

Something warm comfy that you can move and rest in. Your PJs are completely acceptable! Bring a jumper in case you get cold.

What should I bring?

The yoga studio has mats, bolsters, blankets and blocks. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer. A water bottle is handy to keep you hydrated and socks if your feet get cold. You might also like to bring a notebook and pen to write down any insights.

I have never done Yin Yoga or Yoga Nidra before. Is it ok if I come along?

Absolutely! This practice is for all levels of experience with yoga. I will guide you every step of the way.

Where can I park?

There is free street parking in the streets close to the studio. It is in The Gabba parking area, so double check that you're in a spot that doesn't have time restrictions.
