No worries! This is a welcoming, gentle experience, and everything will be explained. Simply relax and enjoy.

What happens in the sound healing session?

You will lie or sit comfortably while soothing sounds from instruments like crystal bowls, chimes, and drums help guide you into relaxation and balance.

What happens if it rains?

Rain is simply nature’s way of adding to the magic! We have a stunning, spacious barn where we can continue the experience in comfort, surrounded by the soothing sounds of rain on the roof. Additionally, the majestic canopy of the Elder Tree offers a serene, sheltered space to connect with nature.

How do we interact with the horses?

This is a gentle, non-riding experience focused on connection. You’ll have the opportunity to walk beside the horses, stand with them, observe their energy, and interact in a way that feels natural to you. Horses are highly intuitive and can help us feel grounded, present, and in tune with ourselves

Do I need any experience with yoga, sound healing, or horses?

Not at all! This event is open to all levels, whether you’re new to these practices or have experience. Everything is guided, and you can participate as much or as little as you like.
