Calling all little Yogi's and their families
Come along for a fun morning with Miss Dani from Wild Flow Wellbeing and enjoy a slower pace under the trees moving and learning how to relax and feel more calm in our bodies
These sessions are designed to spark curiosity, engage creativity and provide you with a relaxed and carefree way to connect with your little one's with gentle yoga and movement, breathing, songs and other yoga and mindfulness activities, finishing off with a nature craft

Where to Find Us
This session is hosted in the beautiful Springwood Park on Cinderella Drive next to Cafe 63
You will find us under the trees away from the playground, look for our orange signs and flag
What to Bring
- Wear comfortable clothing, bring along a waterbottle and hat
- Consider pre applying sunscreen and bug repellant as we will be outdoors
Parents are required to stay for the duration of the class and are encouraged to actively participate. The best gift you can give to your kids is your presence, I promise you will enjoy it as much as them :) (no pretzels required)

- Cafe next door, feel free to stay afterwards for morning tea and a cuppa but I ask that you come to the session to be present with your little ones and save the coffee for later
Meet your Host
Dani is a qualified kids and adults yoga and mindfulness teacher, Mum, Nature Lover and wellbeing coach with over 6 years experience actively teaching kids and sharing practical tips and tools for our everyday lives.
Dani has always had a passion for supporting others and shares her love for mindful movement, nature and wellbeing with kids and families. Drawing on her own lived experiences to overcome personal challenges with mental health, ADHD,grief and loss.
Dani is a living example of true transformation and hopes to inspire others to embrace a slower approach and live a more mindful and present life in connection to nature and the world around us

Tickets can be refunded or changed to another session however changes of mind cannot be refunded as a lot of preperation and time goes into planning and setting up the sessions
