Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All delegates must be minimum 18yo.

How do I choose the seminars and workshops I wish to attend?
Closer to the event we will contact you by email to select your sessions on days 2 and 3.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
The Adelaide Convention Centre has a parking station and nearby parking stations are also available.
The most convenient way to attend is by public transport.

What's the refund policy?
Tickets are not refundable, but they are transferrable to another person.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You need to bring your ticket either printed on paper or it can be shown on a mobile device.
The barcode is required to be scanned, so have the ticket barcode available for scanning for entry.

Can I update my registration information?
Yes, you can log into Eventbrite and update your ticket details or change the name of the delegate.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
Yes, your registration ticket is transferrable to another person. You can simply give the ticket to another person or if you wish to change the name on the ticket this can be done by logging into the Eventbrite website and changing it there.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes, the name on the ticket is not relevant for entry. Only the barcode is required to be scanned.
