Where It's Soft - A Place to Breathe Together (Live Meditation Practice)

Where It's Soft - A Place to Breathe Together (Live Meditation Practice)

Online event
Saturday, Feb 28, 2026 from 7:30 pm to 8 pm AEST
Overview

A space to pause and be guided through a nervous system, psychologically informed practice + a brief moment of connection with others in TSW

Free Online Breathwork Meditation for Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW)
Saturday 28 February | 7:30PM

Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW) is more than a skin condition. It comes with a persistent sense of being on high alert, heightened cortisol, and a nervous system that doesn’t easily switch off.

This free online session is designed as a gentle pause.

My name is Sienna, and I'll be your host helping you find a soft place to land ☁️🧘🏻‍♀️

I’m mostly healed now, and I’ve been creating TSW-specific meditations informed by my background in psychology as someone who has walked the walk of 2+ years in TSW skin.

I’ve had this live event idea for a while, hoping it serves two purposes: a space to properly learn how to breathe when your body feels like it’s on high alert (grounding + practical nervous system regulation tools you can use during flares), AND a chance to connect with other people who get it.

It's also a welcoming space to try something different along your healing journey if you haven’t already considered more of a nervous system approach.

Think less “healing seminar” and more: "this is a strange season, you don’t have to do it alone”.

During the session, we will:

  • Connect briefly as a group
  • Touch on why nervous system regulation matters in TSW
  • Spend 20 minutes in a guided breathing practice
  • Leave feeling slightly softer in our bodies than we arrived

.

This is a free event. Please register to receive the live access link and to help me keep track of numbers.

You can also check out my existing TSW-specific guided meditations on Insight Timer, where I continue to share practices designed specifically for those going through TSW. (Inspired by what I so desprately wish I had back then! 🤍).
