Description

WestmoreJacobs' Lunchtime Briefing: When are Employers Liable for Workplace Sexual Harassment?

This seminar will discuss the law of workplace sexual harassment. It will focus on the circumstances where employers can be liable for the sexual harassment committed by their employees and the (near perfect!) steps employers need to take to avoid liability.

The seminar will also explain the significantly higher damages orders which are being awarded in sexual harassment claims following the Full Federal Court's decision in Richardson v Oracle Corporation.

We will also discuss a number of steps employers can take to reduce the likelihood a court will find them liable for sexual harassment.

This seminar is complimentary and a light lunch will be provided.
Any dietary requirements can be emailed to events@westmorejacobs.com.au
