Celebrate International Wheelchair Day with us at the Kingston Community Hub for a FREE Wheelie Wellness Workshop on Wednesday 4th March, proudly supported by MAIB.

This inclusive, hands-on event is designed for people who use wheelchairs, along with families, support workers and health professionals who want to build confidence, knowledge and everyday skills.

Throughout the day you’ll explore:
🧭 Practical wheelchair tips and tricks for travel
🎤 A lived experience presentation
💪 Shoulder health and upper body conditioning with exercise physiologists
♿ Everyday wheelchair skills to build confidence with peer support and a specialist physiotherapist
🤝 Opportunities to connect, share and learn together
